Add Media Button Missing

I was working on an article draft for the website Black Girl Nerds, when I realized that the “Add Media” button was missing. I want to place images between certain paragraphs, but I can’t do that with the “Add Media” button missing. I am only a contributor to the site, so the only thing I have control over is the article drafts. I tried disabling my plug-ins, clearing my cache, and restarting my laptop, but I still can’t see the “Add Media” button. Outside of Black Girl Nerds, I have my own WordPress blog and the “Add Media” button shows up there, so I don’t understand why I’m having this problem with Black Girl Nerds.
