    Hello Divan,

    We are extremely sorry for the convenience caused to you.

    We are able to replicate it at our end and will soon fix it in the upcoming version.

    At present, if you need to design and send emails, you can directly do it from on the Campaigns page.

    Also there you can use our new Drag and Drop editor or WordPress Classic editor as per your convenience. At present in the classic editor mode, you can use your existing created templates and make campaign-specific changes there. Also, you can save the campaign as a draft in case if you need to send it later.

    You can refer to the following screen recordings for more information on how to create campaigns using Drag & Drag editor and the Classic editor.

    Hi Divan,

    We have released a new version 5.3.2 with the fix for this issue.

    With the latest version, you should now be able to upload media on the template screen without any issue.

    Please update the plugin and let us know how it goes.
