Add Media button stopped working

After updating to the 3.5 version, the add media button has completely stopped working. No error message, no new window, nothing which makes it that much more difficult to explain.

I’m currently using Affilo Theme-Supermasive which includes a squeeze & sign-up page that no longer has any temp-plates to set up also.

Any input would be helpful.
