Add Media Disappeared 2.6.2 Upgrade

  • I recently upgraded several of my WP installs to 2.6.2.
    Only one of them is giving me a problem. I don’t have the “add media” buttons when writing a post. I installed all files again and still no luck. Can someone help me out with some suggestions as to how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

    I am on 2.7.1 and in one of my instances, I seem to have lost the add media buttons in the add new post/page areas.

    They are still there on the quick press dashboard form.

    I looked through my plugins and none should be interfering.

    Any one have any idea how this happened and what to do to get them back?
