Add media does not add image

  • Hi … I am trying to add a product (my first product).
    When I click Upload New Media in media gallery at the bottom, it goes to a separate page for uploading the image (no popup). After uploading the image nothing happens by clicking Insert inside post.
    If I go back and refresh the add product page, then the image is visible. I think iframe is not working.
