Add Media doesn't work in Admin

When editing a page/post and I try to click the Add Media button to insert an image, nothing happens. However, if I go and deactivate the CHBD Simple jQuery Modal plugin, then go back to the same page and click Add Media, the popup shows up correctly as it should. How can this be resolved as the CHBD Modal plugin is exactly what I’m needing!
