Add Media icon not working in version WP 3.7.1

I have loaded pictures into my media library with ease. However, when I go to my website page titled Video I have problems with the Add Media icon. I want to add pictures of the person speaking on the video. I go to the video page and select edit and open up the page for editing. I click on the Add Media icon and it does nothing. It should pop-up a window that displays images in my media library. It doesn’t. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get the Add Media icon to work but so far no luck. Suggestions would be appreciated.
