Add Media link Authors

    Hi everyone,

    I have just noticed an odd problem with the Add Media link on WordPress. The site I have it running on is a financial news website with a number of different companies posting news stories on there. I have given each one their own log-ins as Authors to the webpage with myself as administrator.

    It seems when I am logged in as the Administrator and I try to upload an image it is a little bit slow but it does work. Yet, when I try to log-in as an author I go to upload the file and when I click Insert into Post it never appears.

    If anyone has experienced this or could help me solve this I would be grateful.

    I’ve found the solution to this was a plugin clash – removed the plugin and it has now resolved the issue.
