Add Media not responsive, locked, disabled

    Hi Guys, Ladies,
    Most frustrating, I am busy with my second WordPress website.
    The first went well, it is up and running https://www.pivotel.net

    The second site has been developed offline on my laptop.
    All of a sudden the add media button is not responding.
    There are media loaded. I tried some different gallery plug-ins and deactivated the once I what to disregard.
    Same problem was posted way back in 2011.
    Sorry for dinging up old bones.
    Your assistance is appreciated.

    OK!! I fixed the problem by starting again. Installing the theme, the gallery program and linking everything.
