Add Menu Item Without Link

Yes, it is possible. Please see the screenshot at https://www.maxmegamenu.com/documentation/getting-started/menu-item-options/ . It is the third option under “Menu Item Settings”.

Long answer:

Visit https://www.vintagejewelrygirl.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

Look for the menu item named “Jewelry By Type”

Hover over it and click on “Mega menu” button in it.

On the left-side “tabs”, click “Settings” tab.

Now, check the box named “Disable Link”.
