Add Message bar on a html page on wordpress

    Hello
    I installed the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin and everything is fine on the wordpress pages and posts. But I can’t get it to work on the home page, that is a html page.

    Can you help me?

    GDPR Cookie Consent plugin is specifically designed for WordPress and can only display the cookie bar and accept/reject cookies on pages created using WordPress.
