Add message box and extra email option to donation form

    Hello,
    I’d like to ADD a message box and an email option to the donate form. I know theres already the “Form Field Manager” add-on for this plugin, but it doesnt seem to work. :((

    Both items, message box and email fiel is “stored” as content in the database, but does not go through an email notice. In other words, the EXTRA email address I use in the form does NOT receive a copy of the submission form.

    Anyone has an answer for this issue?
