Add module slug in lesson URL

This would require custom code, which is outside our scope of support.

Please note that we can’t help if this doesn’t work, it’s just intended as reference point for creating your own code.

The taxonomy name is just module.

As a caveat, this solution might also break in a near future release if we transition modules from taxonomies, which is under consideration.
