    You can add more details about product by following wordpress hooks:
    1)woocommerce_product_write_panel_tabs
    2)woocommerce_product_write_panels
    3) woocommerce_process_product_meta

    and you can display by,

    woocommerce_after_single_product_summary

    wordpress hook to display ur fields beside other details.
