    I add a video but it doesn’t create an image. Please can you tell me what my problem is? I am adding MP4 video.

    Thank you for the topic.

    You can’t use a plugin just for images. Plugin is for video only “YouTube, Vimeo and MP4”

    Yes. Our video slider supports mp4 videos.

    Video can be added through the link. You just need to put a link and that’s it.
    You can add videos to your media library and add mp4 videos this way.
    But you must add an image on each video. MP4 video does not automatically add image.
