Add multiple hostels with multiple room types

Hello,

You may add hostels as categories/attributes and attach to every category/attribute the needed accommodation types.
However, if you need the multi-vendor system, note that at the moment, the Hotel Booking plugin is not created for it.

The owner accounts are on our feature requests list. If you need this functionality, feel free to leave your upvotes here with your ideas and we will notify you as soon as the multi-vendor feature gets implemented.

Hi mary, I understand what you mean thank you. Last question, two of my hostels already live on some booking channels and booked on some dates. How can I manage the rooms availability and allotment manually? I don’t want to sync it as I want to avoid overbookings.

Usually, we recommend synchronizing calendars in order to prevent overbooking. Our plugin downloads calendars from the connected platforms and updates the availability on your website once in 15 minutes automatically. External platforms download calendars from our plugin independently, according to their own schedules.
However, the functionality to sync calendars is available within Pro plugin version only. The abilility to add bookings manually via back-end is also available in the Pro version.
Here is the functionality that cannot be tested with the lite version.

As a variant, if you don’t want sync calendars (automatically or manually), you may block the booked on OTAs accommodations from booking in Hotel Booking plugin, under your dashboard > Booking > Booking Rules > Block Accommodation.
