Add my custom provider

    I want to add a custom provider.
    I do remember that it was something that I could do from the settings.
    But it is not possible any more I guess.

    I need to add the ELTA not ELTA courier for Greece.
    Because in many cases the parcels are shipped with ELTA and not ELTA courier, even is we are ELTA courier customers.
