Add Navigation to Header

  • Was wondering if anyone knows how to add links to a menu on top of the header. I am using the arrass them. After doing tons of research I actually figured out how to add a div to the top of the page now I just need to populate that div with with a nav, I would like to add Log In, Register, and a Facbook Link. my site is
