Add new account button missing

Hi,

I have installed the lastest version of your plugin (3.0.3) and am using WordPress 3.7.1 but I cannot find the green “Add new account” button that the instructions refer to.

I have gone into Social Media Auto Publish – Settings and can see the options, but there is no button to add more than the 3 defaults (Facebook, Twitter, Linked).
