Add New Button not working

    “Add New” When pressed, page darkens and a small wheel starts spinning. Have deactivated and reactivated with no change in results. Have searched Forums and scanned several Forum pages without finding an exact match for this issue.

    Hi,

    Firstly, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Photo Gallery Plugin (1.5.6).

    It may be a conflict with other Plugins, please deactivate Plugins one by one, and see if it works properly without this Plugin. In this way, you can see which causes the problem. If there is not any issue, please activate other plugins one by one, and see which causes the problem.

    Thank you for a prompt response. I have identified the plugin causing the conflict.
    Since that plugin is not essential, will delete it. Thanks again.
