‘Add New Conditional Rule’ Not Working

    All plugins and theme are updated – I am running 4.7.5, not 4.8.

    When I click “Add New Conditional Rule” nothing happens. It’s working fine on my other sites, all of which are running the same versions of everything (theme, plugins, WP version). I’ve also got an “Import actions (Beta feature)” on this site, which I don’t have on any of my other sites – so I’m guessing that’s causing the issue?
