Add New FAQ not appearing as in the installation demo/example

    After installing and activating the plugin. The page for adding FAQs → Add new is not appearing as displayed in plugin installation documentation screen shot.
    What I get is a page that displays the below:

    Add Title
    Type/to Choose a Block

    I have uninstalled and installed the plugin several times, activated, updated wp version. Nothing seems to work.

    I have installed a similar plugin for Testimonials which is working perfectly.

    Any assistance on how I can resolve this will be highly appreciated!

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The page you have mentioned is exactly the page you are supposed to see in the Gutenberg editor. If you want to use Classic Editor, then kindly install Classic Editor plugin.

    You can see how it actually looks on my side when I edit a FAQ – https://jmp.sh/8B2Cyx8, so you have to click on the sections on the right to expand them to see the Plugin Groups and other settings.
