Add New form doesn't work but, I can just duplicate form

Hi All,

I’m experiencing two problems with CF7 forms.

1 issue) If I add a form (Add New) It doesn’t appear on the dashboard and no error is shown but, if I duplicate an existing form the duplicated one is shown in the dashboard whit no problem. I’ve also tried deactivate all the plugins I’ve installed keeping just CF7 active but nothing changed, and than I’ve deleted CF7 and tried to install it new, same problem.

2 issue) All the form on pages have worked whit no problem since today (notting has changed on my configurations) but now on the form page appear this “{“mailSent”:true,”into”:”#wpcf7-f920-p919-o1″,”captcha”:null,”message”:”Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”}” on a white page.” if i change the page slug the form came to work whit no problem.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this issue?
