Add New -> “I consent, give me the Hub!” button does not work

Hi, this sounds like a typical conflict with another plugin. Most likely another plugin is taking of the processing of the form that the button is submitting.
Try temporarily disabling other 3rd party plugins, start with those that have the least adoption/usage as that could be an indication of lower code quality.

Thanks for the reply. I’m attempting this on a customers website, so disabling will be quite a job, but if that’s what I have to do that’s what I’ll do.
