I’d recommend checking your browser console for any JS errors. (If you are using Chrome, you can find the console by right clicking and choosing “Inspect”, or pressing the F12 key.) If you have any errors let us know what they are.

If there are no JS errors, then the next step would be to check your server’s PHP error log. If there are any errors here, let us know.

If I had to guess, most likely you have a conflict with another plugin that’s preventing the invoice from publishing. Probably the error message(s) will give us a clue as to the culprit.

Thank you for your prompt–I took a couple of days for personal reasons.

I am going to make this easy for all of us. My wife is starting up a document proofing service and I added Sliced Invoices to the mix.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of plugins, including Elementor 2.6.7, Elementor Pro 2.6.2, several Elementor Add-ins and W3 Total Cache just to name a few!!

I am going to remove Sliced Invoices and Gravity Form Add in and return my website to where it was!!

Then, I am going to get her website up as quickly as I can a then add Sliced Invoices and Gravity Forms. And turn on Debug in wp-config.php so we can see any errors.

It will take me a week to get going so I will talk to you then.

    Consider this closed!!
