Add new license keys, technical difficulties

Could you please tell me what exactly the email itself says?

there is no email. checked spam and everything.

that itself could be another issue. Are you sure that your WordPress Site is able to send out emails?

But that’s not the actual problem. Could you send me the PHP error logs? Perhaps there is some relevant entry in there.

Also, API requests (GET,PUT,POST) return this:

nothing interesting there sadly.

Do you maybe have a development/staging environment where I could take a look?

The problem was the way the product dropdown on the “Add” and “Edit” license page is coded. The plugin retrieves ALL products and puts them in the dropdown. If you have a large number of WooCommerce Products this can make your server run out of PHP memory and throw an error.

This issue will be addressed in the coming 1.3 release. If anyone else has the same problem please contact me per email ([email protected]) for a workaround until the new version is released.
