Add New not working

    Hi,
    I have installed the plugin to my wp 5.0.3, and I cannot create a new chart. When I click Add New, I get the Visualizer popup without anything in it – blank (screenshot in image url) https://imgur.com/a/k9hvU49

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hi @wrathyimp,

    Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin.

    Also, check the PHP version that you are running. Our plugins and themes require at least PHP v7.0 for it to work properly. You can reach out to your host on how to do the PHP upgrade.

    Once done, please do another test and let us know how it goes.

    Please contact your hosting provider to upgrade it to the latest version.
