• When I try to use the ‘Add New’ option in Link Library, the screen is cut off to the point where I can’t add a new link to the library.
    I have three screenshots to show you. One was in Safari, one in Chrome, and one in Firefox. I will be happy to provide them.

    Thanks for e-mailing me the images. I don’t understand what is happening. Can you try to right-click on the area where you can’t see and select the inspect option, then seeing if you can identify what is blocking the space? Does this only happen on a tablet or also on a laptop or desktop PC?

    I have realized that asking you to use the Inspect function does not make sense since you are using a tablet… That being said, can you connect to the site on a desktop or laptop and see if the problem also happens there? If it does, then you can use the Inspect function on the computer to see if you can get any clue as to where that blocking component is coming from. Something like the name of a div might tell us what is generating this.

    Another option would be to deactivate all plugins except for Link Library on your site and see if this still occurs? Also, does it only occur in the Link Library configuration pages?
