I’m trying to add a new plug-in, but when I click “Add New Plug-In” on the Plug-Ins page of the dashboard, the page just loads, endlessly. It won’t complete the page load, so I can’t install any plug-ins. How do I get WP support to help with this?

website is below, (you can see the newsletter widget is all just html code throughout the site, because we updated the theme which requires you re-install their newsletter widget, which I can’t do because the plug-in page isn’t working!).

    Thanks!

One possible way to find the answer is to right click on the page that is endlessly loading while it is endlessly loading and choose Inspect. It’s likely at the bottom of the list.

Part of the page will now show the source code. Along the top of the code section, click on Console. It should then provide information as to what is wrong, often as flags.

Thanks, Cate! Yes that does show what is wrong, but I have no idea what any of it means.. below is a c&p.. Thank you!!

Refused to load the script ‘https://js.stripe.com/v3’ because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “script-src ‘self’ ‘wasm-unsafe-eval’ ‘inline-speculation-rules'”. Note that ‘script-src-elem’ was not explicitly set, so ‘script-src’ is used as a fallback.

Hi All, just checking on this, as I still cannot add any new plug-ins to WP. I have tried multiple browsers and that doesn’t work. How can I get someone from WP support to help? Thanks!
