Add new post/edit post shows up BLANK

  • I can not access add new blog post nor add new page, or edit any of the excisting content on my blog. These pages show up white/blank both on phone and computer in Chrome and no matter what I try it’s not fixed. The same think happens when I try to preview a theme.

    This happened after latest update, and I have deactivated ALL plugins since but still no luck. I have changed theme to default wordpress theme, and no luck. Support of my domain has helped me back site a couple of weeks and my blog is now on WordPress 6.5 but still the same error.

    I have been blogging for 20 years and now I think this is the end of that? I don’t know what to do!

    Help me please. I feel desperate after sitting with this for a week now.

    Try Manually upgrading. When all else fails, download a fresh copy of the WordPress (top right on this page) to your computer, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace the wp-admin and wp-includes folders on your server (NOTE: do not delete the?wp-content?directory or your?wp-config.php?file). Read the?Manual Update directions first.

    BACKUP: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/wordpress-backups/

    Thank you, but it did not help. Did a database backup, deleted the entire folder admin and includes and uploaded new ones, but the edit/add new blog post page is till BLANK. ?? I also got this error message back, which was there two days ago before the webhost guy backed the site several days, error message via plugin Health check:

    Update: have kept trying stuff all afternoon and now I went back to 6.4.4 and the page works now, but not sure what to do if the site updates itself or how to resolve the problem long term. Any tips and help is much appreciated.
