"Add new post" error

  • Hi WP members Please help i can’t add post in visual mode in my wordpress.
    Please see the sample image below to help me..

    As you can see the icons are appearing in picture are of html mode but they are appearing in visual mode… so when i click on visual mode.. i can’t see visual icons.Please help me

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
