Add New Post is failing

I upgraded to 3.0 and now when try to add new post it almost “freezes” the admin panel. I can’t add tags, or images, or even use the menu bar to the left for any other section of the WP admin section. The only thing that works is the text fields, submit and dashboard.

I am wondering if maybe a plug-in would be causing the problem and what would the easiest way to go back to 2.9.2 so that I don;t have to deal with the upgrade bugs…
