Add New Post – More Options

I have a problem.
I discovered WordPress using blog.com – due slow servers I bought my own domain and installed WordPress there. More freedom ;).

However, upon creating a post I seem to have less options now than I had when using blog.com wordpress.

In blog.com I could change fonts, font size etc.
And I discovered that this has to be done in HTML in my WordPress.

So I was wondering, is there any configurations or things I can add so I can get back those options? Would be great to choose from multiple fonts with a easy button click, instead of using HTML everytime.
