Add New Role: Make Copy of

  • When creating a new user role, I have added new role, make copy of a different role to have 2 different users with the same capabilities.

    The new used has all the same capabilities listed but when logged in has completely different capabilities from the copied user profile, Im not understanding why this is happening?

    Check if user does not have other role granted to him and/or other capabilities granted to him directly, not via role.
    Go to ‘Users’ page, find user at the list, and click ‘Capabilities’ under selected user row.
