Add new slideshow not working

    Hello,

    searched this forum, but found no solution. Only hint I found was setting server PHP version to latest one (currently 7.4), but that didn’t changed anything.
    Am working with Google Chrome, but issue also occurs with Firefox. And I am using the free version of MetaSlider.
    I already created a slideshow and would like to create a new one. Pressing the button only brings up my current slideshow. No errors in console.
    Same seems to happen when I try to duplicate the current slideshow.
    I would like to stay with MetaSlider, because I am using it for quite a while now and I really like it.

    Although I deleted browser cache yesterday with no effect out of a sudden the created slideshows showed up today. Oo
    No idea, but I’ll close this as resolved.

    Hi,

    It could be some server cache setting. If it happens again, check your hosting control panel for some sort of caching mechanism and see if clearing that changes anything. Let me know if it comes up again and I’ll see if I can help debug a bit more.

    I’m facing the same issue. Add a new slidshow button is not appearing on the top of the pulgin’s page.
