Add New Theme does not work

    I have 3 WP installation on same hosting and same DB.
    On the last one, just done without any change, I have tried for first thing to add a new theme, but the page is empty. went one one of my other installation and the function works perfectly.
    the URL I get on the first one is /wp-admin/theme-install.php#
    the URL i get from the working one is: /wp-admin/theme-install.php/?browse=new
    (I have copy/past the final URL but it does not work either…)

    I have checked with FTP and the file seems to be the same
    Any suggestion?

    I just want to add that all the “Appearance” section is not working, while on the other installation is. I have tried to make a brand new installation in a different folder and in a different section of the DB but the result is the same

    How did you fix this issue?
