Add new WordPress user to WordPress List in MailPoet?

    How do I manually add a new WordPress user to the WordPress List in MailPoet? When the WordPress account is updated, the auto-update to MailPoet doesn’t seem to work.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    When you update a WordPress user, the corresponding subscriber should be updated too.

    You can force sync changes in MailPoet > Lists > click Force Sync under the WordPress Users list.

    If it doesn’t work, please let us know what fields in Users you’re editing.

    Sorry. I thought I had replied. When I tried Force Sync a while back it didn’t seem to work.
