I set up a new site within a self-host and installed WP. I already own a WP site. I just want to manage both sites from my existing WP.com account. Is there a way to do this?

Hi. Somehow I managed. Don’t know how though.

I just went and put my usual login info and voila! Instant integration of both sites into one WP account.

    Thanks anyway.

You have not integrated any thing they are two separate sites one hosted on wordpress.com server and other on your own server.

If you have your domain name that you used to manage from wordpress.com and have not changed name servers then you connecting to your wordpress.com site.

You can only use one admin panel

I’ve had a self-hosted WP site for quite some time. The host is iPower. This site appeared under my WP account, and I’ve been able to manage from said account.

Last week I started another site using the same host, different domain, using the same hosting account. Both sites are now running from one root, different folders.

This new site is the one that I wanted to manage from the same WP account as the first one. Somehow I wasn’t able to do so at the beginning, but later I entered my usual login and it appeared. Perhaps it needed some time for the new site info to propagate throughout the web.
