Add NoFollow Only for Specific Site

No it does not. In that case you simply want to add rel=”nofollow” to the link when you create it. The intention of the plugin is to automatically convert any and all external links to nofollow so as not to bleed “link juice” for page ranking purposes. It does have the ability to honor links you may want to pass link juice to (via rel=”follow”) or whole domain/subdomains (for those that maintain sister sites).
