Add only showing when viewing order

    After placing an order the addon field information only shows when viewing the order in woocommerce. The information doesn’t show on the “order received” confirmation page after placing the order nor does it show in any of the automated invoice or order confirmation emails. Is it currently possible to fix this?

    It is actually showing the addon on details in Cart page, Check out page and Order confirmation page and also in the emails that received at both Admin and user.
    Are you asking any other places to show this details apart from what i mentioned here?

    Some ajax add to cart option will not support this plugin data, You can check in that way also
