    Oh… Hi.

    Right, I’ve read your screenshot ?? reply from the link … but i have only got one question, well apart from the plugin issue.

    How and Why , what logic applies here, should I Not receive a reply from the platform from which i sent ?

    I have No Idea what LightShot is or why you have sent a reply there, I certianly received No indication that you had replied, why , how could I ??

    If you didn’t receive a ticket from me, then how can you answer it ?

    Please let me know the Most Reliable way to contact you and How I should send you the screen shots you requested to solve the issue please
