I’ve added a form that requires the customer to add a pickup and drop off location as well as their phone- these are required fields. None of this info is transmitting to the Admin email when they request their booking. This is when the person creates a WooCommerce user. I have gone through all the settings and see no one to force this to be included to us. So we have no way to contact the customer by phone.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I hope you’re well. About your question, do you mean you want to see the filters in the booking emails? Or are the add-ons missing in the order emails?

Keep in mind that there isn’t any integration between the plugins, so the add-ons would be only displayed in the order and its email.

    We’ll remain at your disaposal.

None of the choices the customer made in the add on section was transmitted with the admin email notifications nor with the order. Several of those fields are required (like a phone, so we can communicate with them!) and none of that info transmitted over with neither the order or the admin email notifications.

    Hello there,

unfortunately this version of the plugin is not integrated with YITH WooCommerce Booking, that’s the reason why you can’t see any add-on attached to the order when you add to cart the booking product.

For any additional question I invite you contact us at https://yithemes.com

    Thanks for your time.

?? ?Then what ecommerce does it integrate with? ?Why is it even being offered then as an option? ? What is it integrated with if not WooCommerce? ?How do people use it?

    Hello there,

this plugin is fully integrated with WooCommerce of course, but it can’t be used in combination with YITH WooCommerce Booking, this is what I mean.

To let them work each other it’s needed an integration which is not provided in this version of the plugin.

Ok I feel like you’re being purposefully obtuse here – I have WooC and Yith Booking – HOW or WHAT combination of products do I need in order to run WooC and allow a client to make a booking that has add-on information. Are you able to help me please? This has now gone on for several weeks. This does not encourage me to buy any paid subscription to your product if you don’t want to offer help or support. I need the client to be able to make a booking using the calendar, but to also add in extra info like pick up and dropoff points, and phone number. Please help. Thank you.
