Add Option to Add to Favorites Via Dashboard Plugin Panel?

Thanks 1st for great works and now to request.

A plugin is not currently available, that I am aware of that does this function, so if one doe exist, please link it.

Add “Favorites/UNfavorite when browsing them via websites dashboards plugin finder.

Any plugin authors be happy to see a response from you on this, as I am confident that I could do a plugin myself, if had the time and did not have the learning curve that it would entail.

Being put in the core would be nice, just to help and then of course in the plugins list overviews, a nice unfavorite or favorite, as it gets confusing sometime when have a lot of plugins with same name and lot of other reasons be nice to have option for users to manage faves without having to go to wordpress site to do.
