Add option to make phone number a required field

I offer two micro-plugins to do this. This one throws an error when the phone number field is empty. This one also performs some loose syntax checks to try to catch invalid phone number entries.

You should only use one or the other. To use one, click the Download Gist link on the right, upload the .php file to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory, and activate the plugin from your WordPress admin panel.
