Add option to remove left sidebar

Had a look at this option previously but omitted it as it required a bit of hacking in order to function correctly.

Will revisit it and see if there a better ways to achieve a satisfactory result and will update as soon as I can.

I find way on internet to hack the theme for achieve this. But I’m sure it’s will be nicer to for update to have this in your plugin.

Look better, perhaps it’s will be nice to keep all design in 1038 (like top menu , features content,..). So removing side bar will not expanding nothing.
