Add option to set offset

While using a fixed navigation bar, clicking on a Table of Content jumps to the heading but it gets hidden behind the navigation bar.
Could you please add an option to set an offset, which prevents the problem above?
Right now, sadly I am not able to use your plugin. Anyways, it is a great plugin!
