Add options tabs in admin submenu page

    Just to be certain, did you see line 24 and // 'parent_slug' => 'themes.php', // Make options page a submenu item of the themes menu. ? Doesn’t have to be ‘themes.php’ for that spot, that’s just the quick example for the code comment. If you wanted it to go under tools, you’d specify tools.php and so on.
