Add order actions on the backend too

    Thanks for your input. I would suggest to wait for few more days as we are planning for a complete revamp of the vendor dashboard pages. By the way, view and shipping status( marked shipped or not) is shown now on the vendor dashboard(frontend). Once we launch the new dashboard, we would surely look back if these features are needed in back-end too.
