Add own php after Complete IPN?

    Hello Everyone,
    I’m looking for possibility for adding own php code after handshake with PayPal (geting Payment status as “Complete”). I want my page to calculate autmatically UnlockKeys and send it inside information email to customer after geting status Complete.
    Somebody knows how to do it ?
