Add owner name radio box for each tickets

Hi there!

We have an event where we need the name of every ticket owners and the type of the menu they like for the lunch. For example:
Mostly one person orders a ticket for 2-5 persons, but we need the name for EACH tickets and even the type of menu they require (lactose free, gluten free or normal).

We would need these changes immediately. We would also like to pay for your extra services.
